Meet Dymond: Founder & Lead SLP
Queeana —-> (Pronounced as / KWee- ANNA / )
Dymond Queeana Lowe, M.A., CCC-SLP is an ASHA certified and California Dispenser’s board licensed Speech Language Pathologist. She was born and raised in Fresno, CA.
She is a Fresno State alumni and San Diego State University alumni, having earned her two Bachelor’s of Arts degrees in Liberal Studies and Linguistics from Fresno State University and her Master’s of Arts degree in Speech Language and Hearing from San Diego State University.
Dymond has over 3 years of experience working within Madera Unified, Fresno Unified, Mendota Unified, and Coalinga-Huron Unified Elementary schools as a speech therapist and has over 3 years that includes experience working in private practice clinics and hospital clinics during her graduate studies.
Her range of experience and dedication to working with children with various cultural backgrounds, supporting children with different special needs, advocating for children, and experiencing how to build a bridge with multilingual families has made her a great asset to the community of Fresno County and the field of Speech Language Pathology.
A message from the owner and lead SLP:
“I created Queeana’s Pediatric Verbal Care to make families and children feel safe and right at home while finding their voice.
The name comes from my middle name (which is pronounced KWee-Ana).
My middle name has always been special and unique to me and similarly QPVC is a space that is unique and distinct from the typical speech language clinic or school based speech therapy classroom.
Whether you are seeking speech therapy services for your child, stepchild, grandchild, niece, nephew, godchild, cousin, foster child, brother, sister, or friend, we are here to lend a hand in a space that we hope suits your comfort level.
I am fortunate enough to give back to my community by opening up my own home and living space as a tool to give children the support they need that will be beneficial and useful to them in all of their beautiful futures.
You will absolutely love the neighborhood and most importantly you and your child will adore our ‘Cotton Candy Cove’ speech treatment room space! I am excited to build trusting and supporting relationships with families like yours and build on your child’s communication goals from this day forward!"
